Came with my dog at 1:50 am obviously an emergency. He seems to be choking on something he continues to shake violently and panting heavily. He is 3 years old and has never done this before. 45 minutes later and counting still havent seen a doctor. Extra emergency fees but no emergency attention here.
Wonderful staff and Dr. Santiago V. is soooo kind with his patients. I highly recommend their services!
They also took my regular vets information, and sent her a write up so she would be informed of what happened. I hope I don't have to return, but if I have another emergency I'll definitely come here.
They took good care of our baby girl Sophie when she woke up in pain at 4:00 in the morning. Wonderful bedside manner and good at calming nervous pets and parents.
The vets here are excellent ! I have brought all 3 of my dogs here for treatment plus my foster dog and they all have gotten excellent treatment. I usually call ahead and let them know I am coming in. I feel like the doctor is very caring and the staff is friendly while getting you in and out. Their prices are reasonable for emergency care and everything is explained well !
The vet here has really saved us so many times from scratched corneas to infected paws !
Very professional, and responsive. My cat cut his foot on Memorial Day weekend, when everyone else was closed. The staff was great, and the prices were reasonable, under the circumstances. They were careful to give me an itemized bill before treatment (reminded me of my car mechanic!), so I understood what they were doing, and what each procedure cost.
