Clean room and good housekeeping they clean room and washroom everyday n put clean towels.... Great place to stay... Breakfast was OMG
We came back 30 minutes later and she said the 4 of us can check into one room and wait. We were so tired from our flight and drive we accepted this and came back down to check into our other room. She charged us over $700 for a $500 reservation and told us it wasn't her fault that we would need to call our bank and proceeded to argue back and forth with me. When asked to speak with the manager (Christian Medina) he came out and was trying to explain this to us the hold that was place on our cards and explained what she did was wrong.
Overall a good one night stay. Pool was great for the kids. Rooms were great beds a little firm but nothing that would kill you. Breakfast wasn't to bad, service was also great. Location was perfect for our visit to the statue.
As I arrived late to check in, I ran into a problem with my reservation, my company did not send my autauthorization form and I was pretty upset, tired of the long drive to come to the hotel and not find my reservation. I was very angry. The night clerk was able to accommodate me and was very pleasant, professional and has a smile on her face even with me being very unfriendly. She kept cool, calm, and collective. I was very pleased with her service. After a few minutes I was able to take a shower and relax . Thank you NERMINE your service was very appreciated and to help me to not lose my cool.
The place was clean and nice. There were no problems with any of the facilities. Though I was there during Christmas and they had closed the dining services, that left me a bit disappointed. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay and the morning breakfast. Neat and clean.
She argued back and forth with me in front of at least 6 other customers...embarrassed is not the word! I will not stay here again.
The room was great, service was terrible. We called flew in from NM and I called the office a week in advance that we would be able to check in at 8am. The staff agreed that everything would be fine and we would be able to check in both of our room early. She asked us to check with them the night before we arrived just to confirm. When we called she claimed everything was set and we would be able to check in at 8am the next morning. Upon arrival, a very rude individual said we weren't able to check in because there was no rooms available until 2pm. I explained that we were just told the night before our rooms would be ready at 8am she said there is nothing I can do you'll have to wait 30 minutes. (Mind you she was talking disrespectful to her "manager" in front of us saying I'm doing all of the work and your ordering your passport).
